'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' was born from a single vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to Via Garibaldi 72. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our small family-operated pizzeria has been grounded in age-old family recipes passed from one generation to the next.
During her explorations across Italy, our progenitor, Marco Rossi, mastered the craft of pizza creation, learning from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After she came back to the UK, her objective was to capture the essence of classic Italian pizza, maintaining the use of old-school techniques and the most exquisite ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seat restaurant, our pizzeria has expanded into a treasured locale, all the while preserving our dedication to quality and genuineness. We still employ the traditional wood-burning oven approach, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose only top-notch ingredients for our pizzas.
Now under the stewardship of the second generation of the Rossi family, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' has continued to be a family-led endeavor, encompassing a team filled with enthusiasm. Despite adopting contemporary additions, the core spirit of our enterprise remains unaltered: forging sumptuous, bona fide pizzas that unite our clientele.
